yeah TFD is great for things u can't find anywhere else. occassionally they get some real off the wall stuff. like right now they have two gulpers for 250 and 450buks.

i bought my paroon shark since they were 3 to 4 inchs, its was RM 15 ( around US$ 5) each. Fish was really cheap in Malaysia here.

mine was HUGE!!! and very mean.... i sold it to a 5 meter public aquarium....

he eats everything that fits in his mouth, and killes most of the others.... fish have to be at least he's size wen he get's big...

mine was 80cms

had it for some time... and this was still in my tank, 2 years ago or so... now he is a lot bigger!!!

he was ok, then all of a certain he sarted killing.... he killed 6 very big silver dollars a big clown knife, and one oscar also big... had to move him to a tank with only the big RTC and the Pacman cat.... then sold him and the rtc.

don't have picthures of wen i sold them or had them together, but here's the ones i'm talking about

Nice fish, yea a 12ft tank will do for about 5 years till its time to get a new one

I doubt a Paroon would grow larger than 150 cm in a "home aquarium" maybe larger in a big public aquarium but they are very slow growers when they pass 3,5 ft.
Correct me if I'm wrong
