Am I the only one that thinks it possibly could be a female? Eh, oh well. Against the crowd was always my cup of tea!! hehe. The head at the moment looks more female to me, with the arch just behind the gill covers. My female had the hump behind the head, the male was more uniform in body shape. Look at the vent, I can see it in a few of the pictures to a certain extent, and it looks longer and more blunt/round...indicating a female. Males will be shorter and more pointy...
A side note, how sure are you that its a jag? I dunno, it just seems to me it has more of a lois. or a freddie coloration. Pretty sure its not motaguense...but it might really be loisei. or a freddie. Check it out...
