and #6 is La Ceiba female. ( Rapps has been calling them Fredies, but I dont see that they are that similar. Looks more like a gold tiger than anything else.)

Thanks for sharing and the ID game!I just got 3 1" La Ceiba myself.I believe You are right on these,Dr Paul Loiselle said they were similar to fredies but not the same.

hahaha... Well if you ever want to compare just search one of Aquamojo's picture threads. He has a few gorgeous La Ceiba and he can work a camera pretty effing well haha.. They are such nice fish when mature

La Ceiba will eventually be named a new species, it was recently put on the Care endangered list as cridically endangered in the wild. Ken
