Okay i have a 30g, 55g, and a 90g
Havent tested water in awhile because i have been a bit busy but i checked up on it today.
ammonia 0 good
nitrite i had one tank with .25 but i had fed them 15-35min before testing so im assuming normal cycling. the rest 0.
ph is 8.0 out of the tap and all the fish in this area seem to be okay so it might not fit into every fishes little "profile" but i see no issues with it. Have been into malawi so this was always fine. I'm getting into RD's and Festaes now, not that they will die or be stressed from what ive seen from this ph, but what could i add to tanks to maybe buffer lower?
gh my test is either broken(probable) or i have a gh thats so high its past the 100's and cant even measure it in a tube...lmfao
kh is 10
nitrates are 40-60 and just changed water on sunday so i think i'll start doing 50% WC weekly instead of 25-30% weekly as recommended by MFK CA board.
opinions?
