Always watch GH, GHI, Americas most haunted, Paranormal TV, etc. That one show on the travel channel that someone mentioned early I never liked as much as the others, but it is entertaining to watch and funny, Its like Reno 911 for ghost hunting.

There are some interesting shows on Paranormal TV about Vampires and Werewolves, their origins and how they are precieved through history.
