How long do you QT your wild cuaght rays for ?

What do you use to treat for bacteria and parasites?

I have heard prazi pro works well , does 1 treatment suffice?

I have heard flagyl but is it place in the food or added to the water and in what dose and for how many days?

week or 2 some times less than a week depends on my mood

prazi pro for parasites... i dont treat for bacteria unless it is needed

flagyl??? full name of this product not sure what you are reffering too
 
metro is a good med aswell...

ahhh....never looked at the bottle to see what the ingrediant was lol....
 
What dose of Metranodizole is recommended for Rays? I dose my Cichlids 1,5gram/liter when I see them haveing flagellates <<-- What do you call these parasites?

I buy the pure form of Metranodizol from my local vetenairy
 
i dose what the bottle says to dose on metro
 
Okay, the recommended dosage for Metranodizole differs. If the fish is still eating 1 gram/100 liter is enough. When the infestation is a bit severe you can go to 2gram/100 liter. And if your fish won't eat anymore you can dose up to 3gram/liter but I have no experience with rays with this medicine.

I always go for 1,5gram/100 liter untill now due to better results

Keep in mind that I only dosed Malawi Cichlids untill now with this medicine.
