Parasite ID Please

Its a little hard to tell size/scale from photos even though you have specified the magnification. From the first photo which has a disecting needle for comparism I initially thought Ichthyobodo (formerly known as Costia) but the second larger photo seems more like monogenetic flukes ie Gyrodactylus and Dactylogyrus spp. These are classified by their mouthparts which I cant see but their treatment is similar so exact ID is not necessary..

I dont have my text books full of microscope photos with me unfortunately but this site is a good summary and will get you going - http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/FA041

Just be aware, at this stage you may get other secondary infections and organisms also colonising which will make things harder. Its good you have a microscope

It may be a parasite which looks like a hydra at 400x magnification. Although it does not appear to move around on the host fish it can be observed opening a mouth like apparatus and taking in small particles.

Argent Trichloracide kills it, what ever it is, and the fish looks normal after the blemishes slough away in about 10 days. Then this organism re-appears on the same fish about 6 months later? A scraping of the organism shows it starting to die as indicated by much less movement, 24 hours after the first treatment, one of four treatments spaced one week apart. Then, 48 hours after the start of treatment another scraping reveals almost no activity. By the third day there is no movement observed in the scraping under the microscope.
