Parasite in Leo/hen tank Help Quick!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That very well could be just an earthworm, but it does look rather nasty; if I saw that in one of my tanks I would sh*t a chicken.

Whatever is wrong, I hope you figure it out! I will be looking online to see if any parasites match this one. I'm not the best source, but if there is anything at all I can do let me know!

thanks man....

ive only had this thing out of the tank for a few hours now... and it already died...

I'd guess it came in with the live blackworms. They've often got all sorts of stuff mixed in with them. Looks almost like a flatworm, but probably just a type of aquatic annelid (segmented worm).

i wouldnt worry to much like everyone said it probably came with the blackworms
u could dose with anchors away and that will kill any remaining its ray safe

anchors away only kills parasites with chitineous exoskeletons Like anchor worm and fish lice etc the active ingredient is dimilin and it inhibits the parasites from forming a shell once they shed molt etc.
