PARASITES on glass!

I was watching my fish last night and I noticed something on the glass. I looked real close and there are little tiny white things all over the glass sides of my tank. I watched them real close and I saw them moving. They look like some kind of parasite, but I'm not sure. Should I be worried and how can I get rid of these suckers.

I had them before and It was from overfeeding my fish. Also they would jump on and off the glass/water.
For the next week try to skip every other day (maybe even 2 days) and when you feed, feed them as if they ate yesterday. Also to hurry up and get rid of them, do more H2O changes and when the water goes down, wipe the glass with a paper towel (this is the best way to cut them down, also bump up the Temp to about 84/5*). You should see results in a few days
