Looks normal. I find my piranhas don't like lights. You just got him so he is still adjusting.

They are pretty hardy but live food may contain disease. Mine could eat anything. Never any issues. Raise temp

I'm having white stringy poop with my FH and just read up on Epsom salt treatment, it seems pretty harmless and it's cheap and readily available at any pharmacy.
If he eats pellets it may be an option but maybe you could soak some frozen foods in it over night for a similar effect.
Basically it's a solution of water with 1 level tablespoon of Epsom in 500ml of water, you soak the food in it and feed for 5 days.
"Rd" the member done a sticky on it, when in the gut it's a very effective wormer.
Make sure it's pure Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).
Worth doing with any new fish really. Esp wild caught.

Monitor it, and you can even look into something like prazipro which is safe and easy to use. Reality is that rhom do all kinds of stuff. My rhom used to rub stuff randomly because he would want to move it. He would smack heaters, bite through plants, break filter intakes. He did some weird flips where he would swim upside down. All somewhat common.

Depends on how temporary it is. That is a relatively small tank and by splitting it you are giving it very little space. You can maybe split for a couple weeks if you have to, but I wouldn't do it for longer and only if you really need to.

Yes im from greece,
I will keep it with split
About 1 - 2 months
We have bigger tank about 800L
