thats just horrible! not only do you just lose the home-which is replaceable-but you lose things like photos, heirlooms, etc that you just cant ever replace. Im so sorry for this loss, and hope things work out okay..
 
These pics are heart wrenching and my heart goes out to your parents.. what a nightmare for them ..i don't think anyone can know how it hurts unless you have been through it... i have not but can only amagine looking at the pictures... thankful only that no one was hurt or worse..
