No, I'm saying that there is a parental control on it that will make it so the kid will be unable to use 3D period.

i was not aware of that function, no ones going to disable it tho if they don't know about why they should

Knowing nintendo, (and if you've played any of their games in the past 10 years you know what i'm talking about) there will be warnings plastered on the game box, at the start of each game, and a popup every once in a while during the game. I'm serious about the popup. I forget which game, but i remember one often telling me i've been playing for a while, and I should take a break.

no, in SMG2, if you die enough times it will just do it for you.

I think the little star guy tells you to take a break if you play more than 30 min.
