Paroon sharks at Newport Aquarium

Wait... are paroons illegal in the US now? That's the first I've heard of that...

From what I've seen for a while they have been

From what I've ear they are illegal to import into the USA because of their similarity to giant mekong catfish. I'm glad though that they are now illegal to import though.

From what I have been told a certain fish store I visit is the only one around that can bring them in. They have loads of them and are rarely sold.

Once I get my mega tank way down the road I wanted a paroon. That stinks you can't get em stateside anymore. :/
