the one with orange is the female. all con females develope this orange on the bellies when ready to spawn.

Now that I think of it they looked pretty much like con/parrot hybrids.
so people use these to produce other hybrids?

I have a female Blood parrot/red devil cross that spawned with a male convict, three time eggs did not hatch. Lost him to old age so don't know which of the two was infertile.
