Bought a parrot at a lfs for $25 as a Blood Parrot. I noticed it resembled a King Kong Parrot so I bought it.

I think its a King Kong Parrot but I haven't seen them close up so some input would bet great. it can close its mouth unlike regular Blood Parrots.

I will get better pics after my cameras battery charges. Had to use crappy web cam.

While it might not be a king kong, I don't think its a simple blood parrot. It has a normal mouth, pointed fins rather than rounded ones, has more a pink tint to it rather than yellow or orange.

I agree, I think it's a regulat blood parrot. The shape looks like a regular one.

Yours are just a simple blood parrot that just happens to have normal mouth. BP has both pointed fins and rounded fins. BP's colors are varied....so it's not KK, its just regular BP. I have seen lots of BP with normal mouths at Petsmart, Petco and Walmart. Some of them looks like Red Devils.
