I've heard its the chinese word for nuchal humps in one of the dialects. Oh and I found out it's pronounced COKE and not COCK which I guess saves some people from embarassing conversations at the fish store...like "How do I make his kok bigger? He has a huge kok" etc...

Thanks. Saved me from pointing out the kok on my forehead the next time I hit my head on the door.
