Great pictures, thanks for sharing. Love the pacu, bad case of DE on the arrow, just goes to show that the biggest tanks in the world can't stop it

Very cool.. Someone from the aquarium sent me a message on youtube the other day inviting me to attend the grand opening of the dolphin exhibit for free on Apr 4-5.. It sucks though because I'll be in Baltimore this weekend.. not the next :(

i like that turtle with the flipper type feet would you happen to know what kind of turtle that is....im planning on a 300 or a 360 gallon that would be a nice addition

Howdy,

Thanks for the kind words, it's fun to spread pics of a great public aquarium

What's the first fish pictured? A barramundi or a nile? Looks like a beast!

A tank with 4 or more barras. 3-4 feet!

I was there in January. Their Amazon setup is one of my favorite I have seen, with the biggest angels I have seen.

No kidding. I have never seen such big angels before!!

How big was the FRT?

Actually, they had several FRTs in multiple tanks, I think at least half a dozen, probably more?! The biggest was over 1.5'.

Go anyways! The dolphin section was closed (I guess that's why) and it was still absolutely great!

Fly River Turtle = Pignose Turtle. Check for legality in your state :nilly:
