Passenger jet missing

Not if the plane was actually hijacked and taken to be used for some upcoming event....

That's pretty much what I already said in my post but yeah...If there is some nefarious plans in store for the plane then dealing with the passengers would be small potatoes.
 
I have thought about the landed for alternate motives later and found it less feasible. we talking a large jet airliner, you can not just park them any ware.
 
No, not anywhere but I've a feeling there are certain places where you can if you took over one...hate to sound like a religiophobe but my suspicions started the moment the names of the pilots were mentioned.
 
The phones can't be used if they were confiscated.If a hijacking did take place those cell phones that passengers might have had to have come up in the planning stages along with a plan to take them out of the equation.
