So lawsuits are already being filed against Malaysia Air and Boeing. But what about the Malaysian military for negligence of not verifying the plane with radar after it changed course?

I heard the CHINESE govt. gave each family $5,000...and the families are still real pissed..it'll be interesting to see how that shakes out...btw I am assuming $5000 goes a lot farther in CHINA....

. Boeing is the next competent entity to sue. They know they won't get squat from Malaysian anything. Maybe they are entitled to more than what they got, who's to say, I couldn't. How do you make a case without any evidence anyway?
 
they have no case against Boeing, this a very reliable plane.

Totally agree. The only 2 accidents in a 777 were from pilot error: the crash in sf, and the same plane had its tail clipped by another plane. The insurance company for malaysia is gonna get soaked for sure. I hope there is a huge payout for relatives in all countries.

Chinese officials have recovered some pieces of debris but it has yet to be determined what they are from.
