I find his persistent courage inspiring. He hung on a hell of a lot longer than I would have. If nothing else, the last images of his life should induce hope to those experiencing similar conditions, even if they are lived vicariously.
I learn something every day. Today I've learned that I deal with death on a completely opposite polarity than the majority.
I really liked his last show The Beast, it was really good. He gave his all in that show, and on some episodes you could really see the cancer taking it's toll. I was really rooting for him, and although it's not surprising, this one hits kind of deep.
