Vinny looks like a female maybe? Any way they love to burrow, and one half of the tank should be entirely dry. You can feed a mix of things like fruits, veggies and other things. I wold avoid feeders bought from stores as they may carry decease. Also when they molt they may often look like they are dying while upside down, do not attempt to help, they will get through it. They can be aggressive but some can be friendly of sorts. Now when you buy these they may say they are from Africa but many come from Florida nd some Caribbean islands, and called Patriot crabs. Reason being is that many of the giant blue land species as young crabs have that purple/blue head and orange legs and claws. The water should be in a bowl recessed in the gravel/mulch material, this is beast for easier and more frequent water changes. Also if you handle them a whole lot they for some reason tend to become lame and die, so limit the handling but offering food is okay.
