Do you see any problems with adding a 4-5" Payara to my 300?
The current stock is:
1x Black Arowana 16"
1x Tigrinus 13-14"
1x motoro ray 5-6" disk
1x marbled pim 11"
3x red head sevs. 3-4"
2x nacaraguense 5" and 7"
1x geophagus jur. (soon to be more) 3-4"
1x pleco 8"
1x synondontus. 6"
1x botia loach 7-8"

If you are going to add a payara I would go with a tat or an armatus. Just because they can hold their own if need be. I just picked up an armatus myself and have been watching him. I was worried at first but seems to be handling himself very well. GL with the payara!:D

well, the LFS has one, but I'm not sure what kind. What are the differences?

Do you see any clashes with compatibility?

Second thought:

How about the 3-4" payara with a 6" retic ray in a 75 gallon grow out?

Some are good with rays but then some aren't I would try it and watch them closly and see if there is aggression.

$50, but I'm making a trade (that would be in my favor)
