Hi all,
I have a large armatus who just shed its fangs. However one of them grew inward so much that it can’t fully close its mouth. Will the fish be alright and shed normally?

I think it should be fine. It’s pretty common to see bent or broken fangs in captive Payara. Just keep an eye on it and make sure he’s still eating

How big is he and what size tank do you have him in? I’ve been wanting to get another one. My last one got ick and I didn’t have a specialized medication for him and he died.
