In aquaria, 12", 18" and 30", but to see any of them that large is unusual. They're all generally compatible but can be aggressive.

Most of the info you're looking for is in the sticky threads. I'll take a stab at it though don't hold this as gospel - scomb 12", tat 16-18", armatus 30+". Tats and scombs can be cohabbed possibly, not much can be put with an adult armatus.

Armatus would need at least a 36" wide tank, so 300+ gallon tank just for one.

A few tats together would probably need at least a 180 or more for life.

It's possible, but I'd be wary of the armatus causing issues with the other fish in the tank.
