Payara or Odoe?

I think I'm going to go w/ an odoe. Are they active fish?

More active than the large Yellow Tale Barracuda that I once had, but not real active. Also not very skittish, not nearly as skittish as the Barracuda.

My barracuda would jump b/c of everything. I used to love watching him eat though. As long as the odoe doesnt just sit on the bottom like some fish.

Go with some Freddies .

But seriously, if you want a predatory characin, i'd go with the Odoe.

Scombs are known to die suddenly, plus they'd most likely be beaten into hiding by most cichlids you'd put in there.
