I'm all for taking in a fish that needs help, I know a lot of places don't care if they loose one or two fish because they buy in bulk or what have you not. I believe as far as fish keeping goes, both the buyer and the seller has a major responsibility to the fish they sell and keep. I guess a lot of places don't share my sediments.

Great story! Most people wouldn't have taken that fish just because he was beaten up. That guy deserves a good home with someone like you.
