As most of you know I recently bought a 300g and 400g tank. I wanted to turn the 300g into a pbass or payara tank but the pbass get to big. So I wana go with payara I want to get 9 or 11 red tail tats (I heard that odd numbers helps with aggression) and maybe 1 VATF (I heard that they take a long time to grow and Are the least aggressive ATF) and maybe a few red hook silver dollars or black bar silver dollars. And maybe a bichir or a slow growing cat. But would prefer non as the dollars are the best clean up Crew. So wt you think. And the filtration is 2 eshops 300g wet/dry filters. So wt do you guys think I wanted to get them this year when there in season in spring. Let me know.

I see a lot of problems in the future along with expensive consequences. I'd say your better of going a peacock bass rout. what are the dimension of your tank? I have a single red tail tat and he is one of my favorite fish but i think doing that many can go wrong because i don't think they're a schooling fish. back in the LFS, the tats(there where 6, 4'' tats in a 65G) would fight and nip a lot. maybe just doing a few with other fish would work nicely.
