Paypal Help

Not to go OT but congrats Liz!!!

I found out recently that paypal is of little to no help in a dispute.Unless you got no item at all they can flat out refuse to assist you.Sending you something you didn't order is considered an item quality issue and they want no part.
Ive had problems on credit card purchases 2x in my life and both times visa backed me up and got my money back immediately.If you paid paypal with your credit card not sure how that would pan out,their user agreement is full of loopholes that they could use to stop any action by the cc company.

+1. I bought an uber rare cd on Ebay for $150. Dude sent me nothing, contacted Paypal. They contacted the guy, and he sent me a burned cd. Contacted Paypal, but they said they can't do anything then, since I "received a product." Best of luck Onion. You do have one thing going for you: You used a Credit Card. Now the C.C. company is on your side....
 
the seller is called t0mmy123 (something like that)
 
I've had someone withdraw 70 bucks from my paypal once. They also changed my language setting to like Korean and I couldn't figure out how to switch it since I couldn't find the settings link. Paypal refunded everything back to me though, thank god.
 
How did you make out so far David?
 
I haven't done much yet. I'm dealing with a school problem at the moment. I was on hold with the cc company between class, but didn't have time to wait. I'm on it now :)
