Is paypal guarranteed? If you pay someone and they never ship the package, can you get your money back through paypal? Thanks.

your covered, did you get a tracking #? You cant wait too long, it expires. If after 10 day with no package, file a complain. Your still not guaranteed you will get all of your money. if he pulls the $ out of his account, you get nothing. Pay-pal is strict, he will be suspended for using pay-pal & e-bay
It's been over two weeks and he "sent" it USPS. He told me he would send the dc number later and never did. I have asked for a number of times and he has not sent it. I know he has been online because I his status says he has been on. What am I to do? I'm pretty ticked myself. I'm a high school student and I hardly have enough money the way it is. I go bye something from someone that is suppose to ok and then I get screwed. I'm a rather patient person, but really is there anything I can do?
File a complaint with pay-pal RIGHT NOW!!. If he doesnt come up with a tracking #, he will be forced to refund.........DONT WAIT!!
