im gonna try leaving the lights off for a few days after the 7th day that pimafix has run its course in the tank ill do a water change
but is it a bad sign when theyt swim around the top of the water, i mean they will go down and chill for some while but they tend to come around the surface and dont move from time to time
It might be fin rot but not severe yet.
Also where did you get your PB? I live in Lafayette LA and cant find any. I am looking for some large about 5-6 mixed male and female.

i got mine in at like 9 or 10 i think i got them in dallas at the fish gallery so idk how to help u on that but im sure u can order go to ur LFS and ask if they can order some pbass for you the season is around now so
like everybody says bump up the temp to 85-6 degrees , add salt and wait . by the looks of it i would add a lil stress coat . also add lots of airation p-bass really need lots of oxygen because there water temp is so high .How did you acclimate looks like mine did when he got beat up and had to hurry to another tank
i wouldn't worry to much about it, my pbass have gone through phases like that (staying at the top, "weird" breathing) as long as they are eating they should be ok
