in person the eyes does have a slight red to them

They all do, monos will get the intence red eyes when excited... either for feeding or fighting.

the only thing that threw me off from being just pure mono was that there does seem to be a rosette forming on the third bar that is why I thought maybe hybrid.

Thats not always the case with monos.... my peruvian monos have gold around all bars...
