Pbass in 210gal???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
depends on species, some stay smaller and would be good for a long time, its the turtles id be worried about sunce they are messy and you will need some crazy filtration

you'll be fine with monos, ditch the turtles though

If you want to put turtles in there, I wouldn't go with a razorback musk. Too small. Get one larger turtle, some kind of slider/river cooter. But you have to provide a basking area, if you don't go with an above tank then you're gonna lose some of your water footprint.

Filtration for turtles isn't much different than filtration for messy fish like PB tho.

yea thats what i was thinking.. how many monos max you think? as adults. will buy as babies though

if u get babies i would recommend getting 3 or more so that they become a pack. I have 4x 2.5" monos in a 40 gallon growout and they all stay together/compete for food which is good. I'm planning on housing my 3 orinos and 2 kelberi in my 240 (8x2x2), but they still have a long way to go before hitting 24". I'll have enough time to upgrade by then.

the thing is i think this will be my largest tank.. 7ft x 2 x 2 i am goin to build it into the wall in my basement...( its as big as tank i could convince my wife on) lol... so i wonder how many i can put without upgrading or is this not possible?

Once you see what an adult mono looks like in person, you'll know the answer is 0.
