they eat all sorts of pellets and frozen blocks of bloodworms, beefheart and brine shrimp (they dont like market shrimp)

I don't know anything about Pbass. What kind is this? and does it need a heater? I have about 30+ convict frys at 1/2" if you're interested.

Looks orino to me. Read up a bit in the cichla forum and you're good to go. Awesome price for that pbass...
 
i believe both are orinos. yes they need a heater; they like water in the 78-82 range. full grown they get around 24" long (2 feet).

Was hoping they didn't need a heater, anyways GL with the sale. Its a nice looking Pbass.
 
they are mono... orinos dont have the stripe going all they way through the end of the tail..
 
the first one is (4") is gone
 
not orinos,............. no gold specs around the bars. at 4"-6" you should clearly see them. but really good looking monos

just wanted to add a couple of my own pennies

I see some on the first picture? My orinos at 3-4" have full gold rings though.
