Well you can't expect to hatch 100% of them.
With the eggs being yellow that's a good sign.
Did you add methylene blue?
That helps to control fungus and to keep the good eggs still good.
Keep up what your doing. I guess the cold water slowed down the process.
I think mine hatched on day 4 also so don't be too afraid.
