pbass with clown loach?

anyone try keeping pbass with clown loach? im thinking of adding a 2" pbass to my 120g with 8 clown loaches, 2 daemons and 2 juruparis.

my pbass started to attempt to mouth my 3" loaches around 5 inches so i seperated them.

The Pbass will grow a lot faster than the Clown Loaches. It's best to get the Clown Loaches to a good size first before adding any Pbass. How big are the CLs?

2" is too small. I recently had 3 orinos with 8 clown loaches in a 75g. The cls were 3-6". The smallest one was getting eyed by the pbass, so I moved them when the pbass hit 5-6" or so. I was lucky. It may work for a month or so, but I wouldn't think any more than that.

I'd wait on the Pbass then unless you got a separate tank you can put them in. Pbass will grow extremely fast compared to Clown Loaches. If you were to put the Pbass in right now, they'll try to eat the Clown Loaches in a few months.

damn. i got another tank, so i'll put the clown loaches in there. grow them to about 5" then move them to my 120g.
