pbass with clown loach?

damn. i got another tank, so i'll put the clown loaches in there. grow them to about 5" then move them to my 120g.

Good idea, but that may take a little while as well since clown loaches are slow growers.

Yeah...if you grow you're CL to 12", you can add the Pbass at 6" and they'll catch up to them in 4-6months.

If you have 2" pbass in your 120g and put the 2" clown loaches in a smaller tank to "grow them out" to put them in the 120g at 5", then the pbass will be WAY too big to for 5" clowns. You have to get 8" clowns with 2" pbass, then maybe you've actually got some time. Clowns will never catch up to pbass like that.

agreed P-bass are one of few predators I have owned persistent enough to ignore the nasty little spines on a loach

yeh im thinking of buying 4 5" clown loach for the 120g, gona go to the lfs now to see what pbass and clown loach they have in stock
