PBASS

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah no Tems. I highly doubt your old man will be willing to get you a 400g or larger tank by this time next year. These fish arent for the average fish keeper to be quite honest. They require alot of maintenance, expensive filtration, and large aquariums. That 125g would only be good for about a year and a half tops. Then you would need 240g or larger, and that is just for 2-3 fish. Be honest with yourself, are you going to be able to get a 96 x 36 x 24 tank in the next year or so? Or even 2 years? If not, ide consider keeping other fish.

Yeah that is true. But I do like bass. I am builing a fish pond downstais in my fish room for my rtcs and tsn I may put 1 or 2 pbass in there.

I agree. All the conditions except the tank size would be fine. Answer Venom's questions and we'll be able to get a better idea. I wouldn't recommend tems, either.

edit: u posted before me. If you have RTC then housing bass is the least of your worries.

:iagree:
if you can properly house an RTC then any bass should be no problem...
just stay away from tems and pinima.
ive learned my lesson over and over....GROW TOO BIG,TOO FAST.
and i still keep them....
the tankmates should be fine.

why a 75 now? get daddy to go bigger.:grinno:
i agree, its not worth it to get the 75 now, just get a 125 if you can and then you have longer before your next upgrade

I wouldnt waste money on the 75, cant you put them in your dads 125? You should just use the money for building the pond instead.
Yeah thats a possiblity but then I'd have to buy them around at least 8''.
