:( I know, but to be honest with you. Of all the fish I've kept these are the easiest to keep without worrying on who's going to slash or kill who :naughty:

The Goliath & Armatus are both still my holy grail for fish but for now with the new baby on the way I have to keep fish that does not require that much special attention. The GATF & Armatus had me stressed on who they were either going to slash or kill next. As you can see from my history of postings I cannot keep a single species tank. I worried about eyes being mistakenly being bitten or sliced w/other fish, besides most the fish I keep are not readily available at your LFS so if one dies you can't go to a LFS and just pick up another =-(

I'm planning on growing out another Armatus & GATF in the future. But for now PBASS are the way to go for me. Very fun to watch, personality, colorful and like a dog will beg for food at the face of the tank =-)

Besides, I feed these guys every 3 days or so, and even leave for vacation for a couple of weeks and not have worry as they eat pellets as well...:naughty:

Of course, I don't blame you at all. I am not a cichlid man, but who can't love Pbass? They are great fun to keep, look good and bold, and easy too like you say.

I must admit though, I absolutely loved your tank full of ATF, Payaras and everything else, it was one of the coolest tanks in town :)
