pbs in a outdoor pond

I really wanted to put my pbass in the pond...I HAD a fl. gar I WAS gonna put in there...but he passed. I dont live in northern ca....but at the bottom of my parents hill there is a pond. SO nobody thinks they willl live huh? The catfish was just an idea....but the pbass....I really want to do.
