In the fish section LOL
I have a juvi p bass that was eating guppies at the lfs I want to eventually get him over to frozen or pellet food any suggestions on the best way to do this?

if your pbass hit the food right away just try some different things. If they spit it out starve them for a day or 2 and offer only frozen or pellets. How big are they?

heh i starved my oscar for 3days before he ate pellets. i plan on doing the same with my arow but im gona feed him like 4 crickets then let the fasting begin.

But just starve the Pbass for a lil while then he will eat it

try frozen krill and hikari pellets to start. then introduce other frozen foods as they grow.

I tried a combination of starving and then also having other fish like oscars in the tank. Peacocks are very competitive and will figure it out quick if other fish in the tank are gorging themselves.

I some 2" pbass and they took bloodworms the first day. Now they'll take anything:) try bloodworms, it worked for me!
