Peacock bass feeding

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I had no trouble getting mine from live feeders to live worms then to frozen bloodworms. He is now about 9in and been weened for only about a month so it can be done when they are bigger as well. I just got mine used to seeing that I had food outside the tank (a feeder) then I would drop one in at a time. Next time, I would give him a feeder and then put some live worms in a cone after that. Basically, feeder then live worms for a few days, then just live with some frozen worms, and soon he should be eating just frozen food and pellets as well. Starving is not the answer, trust is!!
