The brokopondo has just been introduced into the tank. They are fighting in order to develop a heriachy between themselves, eventually the fighting will die down once they decide who is the “alpha”.
you can reduce this fighting by adding a third peacock bass if you only have 2, although it depends on your tank size

But my two Pacu are friendly to each other, they are around 16-18’’
