peacock bass.. help please?

yea thanx hayn chinook im gonna raise the temp on my heater.. the red ear slider could almost fit in the basses mouth at the moment but its all workin out.... why are snakeheads illegal??

Not permanently. That particular species still has plenty of time to grow and it may not take long before you see it attacking every fish. Red eared sliders do eat fish.

why are snakeheads illegal??
There are plenty of answers of that in Snakehead and Frequently Asked Questions forums. The main answer is they are able to adapt in most conditions of various states and the government's fear of their potential to disrupt the ecosystem since these are not native in USA.
 
****in dumbasses lettin snakeheads in lakes and ****!.. well that sucks yeah but turtles grow pretty slow he will most likely only be 5 or 6 inches at the end of this year yet my oother fish will be closer to a foot if not more

Yep.

But once you get the 125gal, you can keep the turtle in the 55gal. Welcome to the addiction.
 
yeah dude im 16 ive been addicted too this since i was like 5... i had a 13inch oscar for like 7 years then he died and my mom made me get rid of my tank... i recently got this one for free from a friend

yeah i know i post a thread i get answers within 5 minutes its nice... yea all i do when im bored is look up info on fish i wana be a marine biologist.. but i like all fish not just saltwater
