Peacock Bass not growing

are they pbass in the first place? 
this current batch of tems i have grew an inch a month in a heavily filtered 15g tank with only a 60 percent water change every 2-3 weeks and feeding non live only once a day.(yes,bad fishkeeping...but this is what has been working for me.)
and high temp.
i dont believe that theres so little growth in 9 months in a 125g.
temp. should be 86-90 degrees farenheit for little bass.
get those pics ASAP.

try feeding them on a high diet of PROTEIN. white meat. such as market shrimp, sliversides, fish fliets, and mix it up with pellets on a 3x a day basis... just my two cents
thats interesting bc I bought a mono at about 2.5-3 inches and grew fairly quick at first. Then I bought a wild orino and it really stopped growing and now the orino is growing quick and the other really not at all.
I do 40% WC every 3 days keep the tank at 87* and feed 4 times per day i am seeing 1 1/2" per month on my monos and 1" on my orinos per month keep the water quality very good and feed more often you should see some growth
