AND WHY IS THAT WATER SO DIRTY!!! :swear:

Agreed.

Jed, I dont want to be rude, so dont take this the wrong way. but every time you post up pics, the water is foul. I think you have to large of a bioload for your filtration... its obviously not efficient enough.

Everytime you have an excuse as to why the water is "murky"... Infact, I dont think I have seen that tank crystal clear once, in any picture, or when I have seen it in person, for how many years now?

the fish always have an extra layer of slime coating and clamped fins, aswell as moody color. Those peacocks are a sure sign of the foul water.

Just some advice dude, Youve lost/lose alot of fish... to much... and to often to "mystery deaths". I have never had that happen, ever. Seeing those peacocks brings me back to when you had my old ones, which are now dead, due to water problems.

Would you like some help? I am always here to help you out if you need.

again, just some advice.

No offense taken. Everything is fine. I will take some new pics tonight and the water will be all nice and clear and not tinted brown or cloudy

The water being murky and cloudy is due to the pellets that I feed my fish. I know this because I haven't fed the pellets in a couple of weeks and my tank is crystal clear.

But I can't stop feeding the pellets totally because that is the only thing that most of my fish eat.

I power feed a lot with the pellets but I have to cut back more so that he water will not be as cloudy.

true I've lost fish but that one time was a real weird incident which I can't pin point to what it really was. That was over a year ago. Since then I haven't loss any fish to any mystery deaths. Only reason I lose fish these days is due to aggression.
