In the past when growing pbass that small I was feeding 5-6x a day. Just make sure your water stays in check. I would agree with what most said and feed them live or at least mostly live. Either fat head minnows or guppies. Once a fish has accepted prepared foods from me I have never had a problem getting them to take it again even after weeks of live only. I am almost certain they are growing you probably just do not notice it since you see them daily.
