Just read through general threads. A lot of the same questions asked a million times over. Orinos grow really slow generally a little less than 20" max size and kels usually only hit about 18"
I understand not venturing into the forum often but with more visits comes more knowledge. There are a lot of very smart people in here that give great advice. Just gotta
Do a little digging

Keep asking we'll help. Think they're just saying use search function first. If your getting babies, clean water, 87-88f temp, blood worms to start helping pellet training, 3+ bass helps train and keep the cool, careful on tank mates, bare bottom and no decor till older, and you will need a minimum of a 180g for 2 bass of the sp you listed, tems, azul and more need bigger tank. I missed a few things but keep searching and you'll find some great and fun info. Welcome to cichla, they are awesome fish that you get addicted to.

I went through this same thing and found that Orino usually reach close to 20" but have been kept up to 24" and also Kelberi maybe depending the breed reach 15 and sometimes 18 " Once again sizes depend on housing and quality of care:) I personally have made my choice and Im going to begetting some Kelbri in a week or two great fish and very nice coloration as well.
THIS IS WHAT MADE MY MIND UP FOR ME LOL and of course not every Kelberi will look like this but im hopeful I can do it lol
(NOT MY VID)LOL
