yeh.. well it depends which species you get, smallest are intermedia which usually reach 50cms or so, then you have the monoclus, ocellaris and orinocensis which max out around the 24" mark, while the bigger Temensis species are suppose to reach 90cm or 3ft.. check out the cichla sub forum for more info on pbass.
