Peacock bass white blisters

Egg like bumps on the fins sounds like lymphocystis. That could very well be the primary issue and columnaris is taking advantage of the situation and is a secondary bacterial infection. Lymph (if that is what it is) unfortunately has no cure but usually goes into remission with clean water and good food.
Wish you had a better camera or I could see them in person.
Kanamycin is a powder and you just treat the tank according to how many gallons it is. It will kill your biofilter just like any other antibiotic (they don't discriminate between "good" and "bad" bacteria). Seachem makes it and so does another company I can't think of. A good LFS should have it or you can find it online.
Do some research before you decide. One thing I would do with a bacterial infection is lower the temperature to the 75 F range and add salt, should help a little bit.

So for the last 3? Days she's been in a quarantine tank. Treated with metro+ twice now, and not helping. Going to try once more in 2 days then im gunna move onto something else. So my question is what is the next way to treat him I should try? What meds should I dose the quarantine tank with? I'm really starting to worry. She won't eat much in that tiny tank.

Have been treating with furan-2, thought it was working because the blisters seem to have disappeared slightly off her face. Now that being said she isn't showing very nice colors in the dark quarantine tank and the blisters may have just spread to the point I couldn't tell the difference, but I'm pretty sure theyre subsiding. Sill quite a bit around her eye and the slight cloudiness hasn't cleared up. However the bumps on her fin are larger, and there was a blister on her back that turned into 4 or 5 protruding white bumps. Also there is a distinct problem with kind of growth in her mouth. It looks like the original bump is coming back in a different spot, more on the side now, and her mouth in general doesn't look good. At a loss for what to do.
