Thanks everyone for the reply's I have been a little busy with having to put a engine in my truck and have been getting home at night late and just going to bed.Just an update I replaced the otter point and the new guy is doing fine but for some reason My albino tiwanreef has dissapeared??? I checked both overflows and around the tank and he is no where to be found??I am still working out the kinks with the pc's (programing the timers)I dont think live plants are any where in the near future for this tank due to wanting to save up for round two on stocking.I got some cheap plants growing in the 29 gal fuge under the tank.So to sum it up out of the first round I lost 3 fish replaced 1 and will be getting around 10-12 fish for the second round wich will be in a few mo.

Sorry to announce no pics till tomorrow I did however get all of my lights on timers and working properly this eve .I set it up so that at 8 am the 10k lights come on and lunar lights turn off . Then at 12:00 pm the actinics come on as well as the 10k. At 8 pm the 10 k go off and the actinics are on as well as the lunars. And finnaly at 9 pm the actinics go off and the lunars are on till 8 am the following day. Mean while the fuge lights under the tank come on at 8 am and go off at 8 pm. The cycle is the closest to a natural cycle that I can provide and when it is just the actinics the tank looks really awesome !!!! Sucks that the al tiwan is probibly dead and I will not be replacing him instead I will opt for somthing else.
Almost for got to report there seems to pe a power struggle in the tank currently .When the fish first were put in the flavescent neon blue was the king . Then the marlei island tried his luck and failed (he's ok just not as aggressive as he used to be).Now my Trimidachromis intermedious is the king and all are subbordinate to him except my little german red and the inter pays him no mind.My protomelas is like his little inforcer they go around the tank and chase a few fish and if somone trys to defend them selvs while the inter is not looking the proto chases them .Kind a interesting to sit back and watch the society being built In front of my eyes and then thinking of what will happen when the super haps as I like to call them enter the picture.
Sounds fun. Yah I don't think I will get the albino flav. Well at least till I get another tank. Though now I am hoping that my 3rd albino T. Reef is a female. Anyways will look forward to seeing some shots. Oh and if you haven't gotten a Fossorochromis rostratus, do even when they are small they have the best personality out of a hap I have ever seen.
foss is on the next trip! I might go with a reg tiwan reef but don't know for sure.I have so many others I want .. Just glad to have some space.
